A paint user's main objective is to present the best esthetical version of his items, giving them the resistance required for their use while keeping costs low. These consult the wide range of Mirodur products to advise customers on the best way of preparing the surface they have to paint, using the most adequate painting cycle according to the type of material that needs to be treated and choosing the best solution for the paint's application (immersion, spray with airless, electrostatic, rolling needle, roll or brush plants) and the best drying process.
IDRODUR
Water-soluble paints that can be dried in the oven with an excellent adherence (even direct) to raw plate. IDRODUR ANTIRUGGINE AL FOSFATO DI ZINCO (anti-rust with zinc phosphate) is a base that guarantees an efficient protection against corrosion. IDRODUR SMALTO (enamel) is a finish characterised by an excellent resistance to scratches, atmospheric agents and it avoids the paint turning yellow while in the oven.
IDROMIR
Water-soluble alkyd paint that dries in the air characterised by an excellent adherence to iron. IDROMIR ANTIRUGGINE AL FOSFATO DI ZINCO (anti-rust with zinc phosphate) guarantees an efficient protection against corrosion. IDROMIR SMALTO (enamel) has a good resistance to external wear and scratches.
MIROARAPID
Nitrite finish with a very rapid drying process and an excellent anti-scratch power. To be used with a MIROSINT base.
MIROGUM
Alkyd paint with chlorocaoutchouc, characterised by resilience, a rapid drying process and direct adherence to raw plate.
The MIROGUM DCO and MIROGUM DCO INTERMEDIO versions are officially recognised by ENEL (National Electricity Board) according to its own specifications.
MIROLOID
Monocomponent nitro-alkyd finish of medium thickness, characterised by a rapid drying process and adherence to raw plate.
MIROLOID CC
Nitro-alkyd finish to be used with the addition of a DILUENTE CATALIZZATORE (catalyzing diluent). It dries very rapidly and has an excellent adherence to raw, galvanised plates and light alloys.
MIROSINT
Alkyd finish with a rapid drying process and a medium-high thickness. Characterised by an excellent adherence to raw plate and long-lasting gloss and colour.
MIROSINT AG
Monocomponent alkyd finish with a rapid drying process and a medium-high thickness. Characterised by an excellent adherence to raw plate and long-lasting gloss and colour. Its specific formula endows it with an extraordinary resistance to water drop stains.
MIROSINT ANTIRUGGINE
Synthetic anti-rust with zinc phosphates having a rapid drying process which guarantees an excellent and long-lasting resistance to corrosion. It has an excellent adherence to metal plates, a good dry residue and can be coated with all the finishes.
MIROSINT AR ANTIFUMO
Synthetic anti-rust paint with zinc phosphates having a rapid drying process which guarantees an excellent and long-lasting resistance to corrosion. Ideal for more sophisticated painting cycles. It has, in fact, been formulated to reabsorb the application-fume pounce and thus enhance the brightness of the finish.
