EPOMIR PTG is an epoxy paint for the internal lining of pipes for gas transport. It resolves, once and for all, the always more serious problems regarding the emission of solvents in the atmosphere. Actually, EPOMIR PTG is a solvent-free paint product that has a solid in weight and therefore, with an equivalent thickness, has a performance that is almost the double per square metre compared to the traditional paints that contain solvents. During its application, no solvent vapour is created thus safeguarding the ecological impact and also the environment where painting staff operate.
EPOMIR PTG is a highly-viscose epoxy but its particular formula enables the internal coating of pipes of any type of diameter, with thicknesses even up to only 60 microns, without adding diluents.
After its application, EPOMIR PTG leaves a shiny, ultra smooth surface that reduces friction and turbulence increasing flow speed and guaranteeing protection from the pipe's internal corrosion before installation.
EPOMIR PTG has passed all technical, mechanical and chemical tests provided by the most important international regulations and specifications for the internal coating of gas pipes.
